Hey there! I'm Nasima. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Breathwork Facilitator. I've been a therapist in the Denver metro area for over 25 years. My goal is to help you embody your creative, true nature instead of being run by a dysregulated nervous system and old wounded patterns.
I incorporate somatic work, EMDR, breathwork, Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Safe and Sound Protocol, IFS and other modalities to move beyond just talk therapy. You can read more about my approach here

Specialties and Services
EMDR
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a psychotherapy technique developed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences or distressing life events. Years of research have consistently proven it to be an effective treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns. It involves a using a series of bilateral stimulation techniques, such as eye movements, taps, or sounds, which activate the brain's natural healing processes.
Ketamine Assisted Therapy
Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic, innovative approach to therapy. Ketamine, a medication known for its profound therapeutic effects, is used in combination with psychotherapy techniques. KAP provides a unique opportunity for individuals seeking relief from conditions such as depression, anxiety and PTSD to experience more frequent breakthroughs and improvement in symptoms.
Breathwork
Clarity Breathwork is a powerful technique that utilizes intentional conscious connected breathing to release physical and emotional blocks and trauma stored in the body, connect to unconscious parts of self, transform limiting beliefs and tap into innate wisdom. Through breathwork individuals can detox their physical body, experience profound healing, improved well-being, feel more embodied and a have greater connection to their authentic selves.
Parts Work
Parts Work, also known as Internal Family Systems, is a therapy approach that views the psyche as being made up of many different "parts" or subpersonalities- each with its own feelings, roles, and intentions- and by communicating and understanding these parts, we can resolve internal conflict, heal past wounds, and achieve greater self-compassion and integration.
Nervous System Repatterning
Somatic nervous system repatterning focuses on the body's physical sensations and movements. Our bodies hold onto past traumas and negative experiences, which can manifest as physical tension, pain, or discomfort. Through somatic repatterning exercises and sound therapy, individuals retrain their nervous system and learn to tune into their body's sensations,allowing them to release stored tension and trauma. This process includes using the Safe and Sound Protocol, gentle movements, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques.
